Back-to-School Backpack Giveaway

Backpacks, school supplies, and community partners working together so local students can begin the year with confidence.

The Backpack Giveaway began with Toro Construction and other community partners. As the event grew, Toro partnered with the Council of Social Concern and Lynch-Cantillon Funeral Home to create a larger event that could help even more students.

During the 2025 event, around 200 backpacks were distributed to students in the Woburn community. We believe every child deserves to learn with confidence and that a lack of school supplies should never get in the way. We hope you’ll join us next year by donating, attending the event, or picking up a backpack.
